  4. I was a jock in highshool in highschool and college (just graduated college). I never understood the whole click thing. I made friends wherever and hung with whoever. I still remember getting in a fight with 2 guys on my baseball team one year who were picking on a guy. We became really good friends and to this day we talk to one another everyday and play Battlefield 3 on the PC almost everyday after work. I don’t talk to any of my “jock” friends anymore 😛

  6. If anybody needs to talk to someone who doesn’t know them and won’t judge them, message me. I’m here for you.

  7. You 35 at the most

  8. 40’s!? I swear you were in your 20’s. Thank you for the inspiring video. 🙂 We appreciate it and have helped many of us and given us new ideals.

  9. Find someone better. If she doesn’t want you, then it isn’t meant to be. There will always be someone that will love you for who you are. Don’t harp on the people who leave. Being with them would end up causing you more stress, and the relationship would be go on horribly. You can cope with it if you try to let the person go. It will take time, but you can succeed!

  10. Great Sleeping pill xD

  20. Thank u E.R, im no wer near suicide and am not bein bullied wat so ever, honestly because people know im not afraid of physical conflict and will fight back hard no matter how much bigger or stronger they r, but wat u did here was a great vid idea and i am sure by lookin at the comments u helped so many people

  21. People have to relize suicide is like taking the easy way out. U just give up. Let go. But is the easy way the best way? Never. Commiting suicide is like getting three fastballs high and tight. U can let them all go by and strike out, or u can hit a weak grounder. But the difference is that with a weak grounder, u can try and dig it out to first and beat the throw, giv ur self and ur team a chance. U may not beat it, but its a hell of alot better than striking out lookin. U hav to try.

  22. I have such horrible anxiety. This video helped me feel better.

  23. If there is anybody here that is having suicidal thoughts you are welcome to talk with me

  24. There are two girls who just hate me and I can’t do anything right for them and they’re so mean and it’s all behind my back but they do it loud enough for me to hear it. In real life and on social media. They dont know what theyre doing but theyre breaking me

  25. Something I do when I feel bad about myself and think that I am worthless, I enjoy bragging about myself. It makes me feel good and powerful. And the bet part is that there is no one to tell you that boasting is bad 😀

  30. Hi, I am so sorry about your job loss. If you are having suicidal thoughts or thinking of harming yourself it’s important that you call a suicide hotline to get help. The number is: 1-800-273-TALK (8255).

The National Association of Free Clinics also offers a website where you can type in your city and state and a list of free clinics appears. You can look them up on Google.

Best of luck and many blessings to you,

  45. It’s easy to get into the negative spiral when you’re in the middle of long projects. I’m writing my 2nd book. A voice once and awhile says to me: “You’re never going to finish……You’ll never get a new, full-time job……you’ll never have a boyfriend and get married……..bla,bla,bla.” But like you said, Omar, nothing is forever. I WILL finish the book if I ignore the negative voices in my head. Thanks for the video! Keep ’em coming! Courtney

The way I think about the negative thoughts is like someone tossed me a ball covered in spikes and flames. It hurts (sometimes more than others). But, I can either choose to hold onto it and have it cause me more pain OR I can throw it away from me and start healing. Just my personal take on it. Thought I’d share. =)

  47. The spiral of negativity is indeed a powerful thing. It consumes us little by little without even knowing it. Thank you very much for this video Omar. You reminded me that in every wrong that happens in my life, there is always a right and it is up to me to search for it and utilize it to combat the negative thoughts that always creeps outside of me, sometimes unconsciously.

  48. this is very good info. Most people don’t realize the negative thinking patterns and how they affect your life but it takes lots of practice and application to change your thoughts. You are teaching what most counselors should teach but sometimes either forget to teach or assume people already realize 🙂

  49. Whether its an ‘external’ or ‘internal’ issue, %99 of the time you can avoid making it worst just by acknowledging it and choosing not to do something bad about it. Each time you do that you realize more and more how you can choose to let things be and make you good or bad, happy or sad, etc. %99 of my stress has been external, that one percent is me being too passionate and caring too much when I was young which made me thought the world was bad, lazy, etc. But now Im humble about it all.

  50. Spot on with this write-up, I rеallу think thіs amazing
site needs a lot mοгe attention.
ӏ’ll probably be returning to see more, thanks for the information!
